Amrita Pandey, learned Counsel for the Applicant, who is present in Virtual Mode, is not audible.
Neither we nor the other Counsel for the Respondents are able to hear a word of what she is trying to say.
This is not called assistance to the Court.
If she has 2 internet connectivity problem, it was her duty to have been present in the Court physically to argue the matter.
This is nothing but a disrespect to the judicial proceedings.

This I.A. has been filed by the Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, Respondent No.4, with the prayer that the cost of Rs.
2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) be waived and further observations made in the orders of the Tribunal dated 24.08.2022 and 13.09. and 13.09.2023 against the Member Secretary, Jharkhand State Pollution Control Board, be expunged.
Earlier this matter was pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in W.P. (C) No.
4472/2022 (Yatindra Kumar Das Vs.
The State of Jharkhand & Ors.).
It is now informed that the said Writ Petition has been dismissed as withdrawn by the Hon’ble High Court vide its order dated 24.08.2023, copy of which has been filed as Annexure-D to the I.A.
We have taken up the order of the Tribunal dated 28.07.2022.
The observations made in para 2 of the said order imposing cost of Rs.
2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) are expunged.
The order dated 24.08.2022 is also taken up and the observations made in para 6 of the order are expunged.
The order dated 13.09.2022 is also taken up and the observations made in paras 11, 12 & 13 are expunged.

With the aforesaid directions, the I.A.
