This application (I.A.) has been moved in compliance of our order dated 11.10.2023 whereby respondent Nos.12 to 21 are prayed to be added along with certain other additions to the pleadings.

Since this I.A. has been filed in compliance of this Tribunal’s order, we believe that there is no objection to the same, nor it has been filed.

Therefore, we allow the same and direct the applicant to incorporate the amendment in the Original Application or file the amended copy of the same incorporating therein the entire amendment and a copy of the same shall be served on other parties, within a period of one week.

There is likelihood of there being some change in the order of respondents after the amendment being carried out.

Therefore, regarding [NPJ] Page 2 of 2 filing of the reply-affidavit from the side of the respondents, the same would be noted on the next date with correct number of the respondents.

From the side of respondent No.1, learned counsel Mr.

Aniruddha Kulkarni has appeared and states that he is not filing the reply.

Sameer Khale has appeared and states that the reply has been filed.

From the side of respondent Nos.5, 6, 7 and 8, none has appeared.

By our previous order dated 17.07.2023, we had directed the Collector, Mumbai Sub-Urban to provide English translation of the Joint Committee report, but the same has not been submitted.

Therefore, we direct the Registry to send a letter to the Collector, Mumbai Sub-Urban to provide English translation of the Joint Committee report, failing which we would direct him to appear before this Tribunal to show-cause.
