By our previous order dated 05.02.2024, we had granted two weeks’ time to the appellant to decide as to whether he wants to pursue this matter before this Tribunal or before the Hon’ble High Court, in response to which an application (I.A.

No.207/2024) dated 20.05.2024 has been filed wherein in paragraph No.3, it is recorded that the appellant had approached the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay at Goa by filing Misc.

Civil Application (MCA) No.1254/2024 (F) for the purpose of de-sealing the premises owned by the appellant herein and thus, no purpose will be served by pursuing the present matter before this Tribunal.

Hence, the appellant is desirous of withdrawing the present appeal.

Therefore, it is prayed that the appellant be permitted to withdraw the present appeal and the interim application. [NPJ] Page 2 of 2 2.

Accordingly, we allow the request made by the appellant and dispose of the Appeal as withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of appeal, I.A.
