Grievance as raised in this application, issue of patta dated 19.10.2002, its legality and validity, purchase of plot, construction of houses, area of proper setbacks or demolition of the constructed house are not within the purview of Section 14 and 15 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 and further beyond the limitation period.
The applicant has alternate remedy to challenge the validity of the Patta before the appropriate forum/revenue courts.
