ORDER 1.

Mr.

Deepak Kumar has filed the present application under Sections 14 and 15 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 for appropriate order/direction (i) to respondent no.

3 to immediately close the open drains, (ii) to the respondents to close and dismantle illegal restaurants, eateries and Kisoks etc. operating in Windsor street, (iii) to respondent no.

4 to take stringent action against street parking, (iv) to respondent no.

6 to inspect the restaurants/shop owners who are extracting ground water, (v) to direct respondent no.

1 to close down shop no.

8 operating as a liquor shop and (vi) to direct UPPCB to take stringent action against all the respondents.

The applicants have not impleaded the concerned project proponents and have not enclosed copies of the relevant documents.

In the course of hearing learned Counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh application on the same cause of action with better particulars by impleading the necessary parties.

In view of the above the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
