Pursuant to our order dated 08.12.2023, details of the Member Industries have been placed by applicant seeking impleadment by application dated 14.12.2023 which shows that it has a total number 113 industries as Members.

It is stated that these industries shall stand represented by applicant seeking impleaded.

Learned Counsel appearing for applicant did not raise any objection for impeadment of the applicant’s Roller’s Association.

Let All India Steel Roller’s Association having its registered office at New Delhi though its President be impleaded as respondent no 4.

Newly impleaded respondent may file its response within three weeks.

We also find out from record that there 220 industries which are claimed to be violating the norms but they are not parties.

Except industries which are represented through newly impleaded respondent no.

4, rest of industries are necessary party in matter.

Applicant is allowed two weeks’ time to file appropriate application for their impleadment.
