In compliance with our previous order dated 08.04.2025, learned counsel for respondent No.
6 has appeared and admits that he has received copies of all the affidavits filed by other parties.
He further states that the applicant is not appearing since last many dates and has lost interest in prosecuting the matter.

We have already considered the Joint Committee report in our previous order and in the light of that, we had directed respondent No.
2 – GCZMA to conclude the proceedings pending before it within two months as was prayed by the learned counsel for GCZMA.
But we find that even after two months’ time having expired, the proceedings have not been concluded.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent No.2 – GCZMA that in the said proceedings, final hearing is fixed for 26.08.2025 and that further Page 2 of 2 two months’ time may be granted for conclusion of the proceedings.
We are of the view that now respondent No.2 – GCZMA shall conclude the proceedings within two months and thereafter, a report in that regard i.e. as to what action has been taken against respondent No.6, shall be submitted before the Registry of this Tribunal on or before 15.09.2025.

With above directions, we close the matter and dispose of the Original Application.

No order as to costs.
