Mahant Mukesh Goswami, Adhyaksh, Prachin Shani Mandir Seva Samiti, Ganga Ghat, Chota Haridwar, Delhi Meerut Marg Muradnagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh has sent by post the present letter petition to this Tribunal, which has been treated and registered as original application complaining that Gang Nahar Food Point run by Mohd.
Tahir Alam is dumping garbage on public place/religious place near Ganga Ghat and discharging waste water in Gang Nahar.

The averments made in the application raise substantial questions relating to environment arising out of the implementation of the enactments specified in Schedule-I to the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 and in view thereof we consider it appropriate to constitute a Joint Committee O.A.No.671/2023 Mahant Mukesh Goswami Vs.
State of U.P. & Ors. -2- comprising of District Magistrate, Ghaziabad, Regional Officer, UPPCB, Ghaziabad and direct the same to look into the averments made in the application, associate the applicant and Project Proponent-Mohd.
Tahir Alam and take appropriate remedial action by following due course of law and giving opportunity of being heard to Project Proponent-Mohd.
