The Original Application and all pending I.As stands disposed of in terms of the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India passed in Civil Appeal No.

8181-8182/2023 dated 13.12.2023.

The Learned Counsel for the State Pollution Control Board has raised the question of some district specifically District Rewa with regard to imposition and calculation of EC for violation of Consent condition.

State Pollution Control Board being a statutory body is duty bound to dispose of all pending applications in which notices have been issued after giving an 2 opportunity of hearing to the concerned person and pass a final order according to rules.

Any one aggrieved by that order have appropriate remedy by filing the appeal before the appropriate form.

All the I.As and O.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
