141 OF 2023 (WZ) (LETTER PETITION NO.17 OF 2023(WZ)) ORDER ON COMPLAINT Perused the report of the learned Registrar dated 03.07.2023, in respect of a complaint made by one Shri Jitu Kangi Vadher, President of Care for Nature Group, Dieu against Union Territory of Diu and Forest Authorities, allowing tree cutting and damage to mangroves.
Let a report be called from the District Collector, Dieu in this matter as to whether there is substance in the complaint and action taken report, within a period of two weeks.
