[NPJ] Page 1 of 1 National Green Tribunal, Western Zone Bench, New Administrative Building, 1st Floor, “B” Wing, Camp, Pune ====================================== ORDER ON COMPLAINT Perused the report of the Registrar dated 26.04.2023, which has been submitted with respect to a complaint dated 19.04.2023 received from Shri Nivrutti Yashwant Mane, R/o Goregaon (Wangi), Tq.
Khatav, District Satara in Marathi language, wherein, it is reported by the learned Registrar that no substantial question impacting environment is made out because the complaint relates to a grievance against an order passed by the Tahsildar concerned granting passage from the field of the complainant where there was an old tree and that the remedy is available to the complainant under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and the Mamlatdar’s Court Act.
In the circumstances, we direct the Registrar to consign this complaint.
