Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant in IA submits that applicant is a necessary party in the matter and has not been notice till now.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case and the fact that IA is not opposed by Learned Counsel for UPPCB, I.A.
768/2023 is allowed and Project Proponent-H.M.Brick Klin is impleaded as respondent in the original application.

It will be opened to the newly added respondent to download a copy of the report submitted earlier either through website of the NGT orobtain 2 it from Counsel for UPPCB and file response to the said report within a period of four weeks.
