This OA has been registered on the basis of the letter petition dated 07.07.2023 raising the grievance that M/s.
Farukhi Glass Works, Dholpura Road, in front of Sant Jones School, Firozabad is discharging industrial effluent openly and is burning the same which is causing pollution in the nearby area.
Certain other allegations have been made.

On perusal of the letter petition, we find that the complaint has already made to the Regional Officer, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB), Suhag Nagar, Firozabad, UP.
That apart, Applicant is an advocate who can always pursue the matter before the competent authority.

Hence, we dispose of the present OA expressing that the concerned Regional Officer, UPPCB will duly consider the grievance in accordance with law.
