From the side of respondent No.1/GCZMA, learned counsel Mr.
Dhruv Tank holding brief of learned counsel Mr.
Abhay Anturkar has appeared, who has filed reply affidavit dated 30.11.2023 saying therein that the compliance of this Tribunal’s order dated 22.11.2022 has been done by passing an order of demolition of the illegal structures i.e. “I”, “J”, “K”, “M”, “N” & “O”, “P” and “Q” belonging to the respondent No.4/Mr.
John Jude Adolfo Crecencio Lobo as shown in the DSLR Plan dated 16.09.2022 and the Plan attached to the Report dated 22.09.2022, situated in Survey Nos.176/17, 175/1 and 175/1A of Calangute Village, Bardez, Goa and area on the beach, as decided in the 364th Meeting of the GCZMA held on 23.10.2023, a copy of order dated 13.11.2023 has Page 2 of 2 been annexed as Annexure R-2 to the said affidavit.
Simultaneously, in para no.8 of this affidavit, it is stated that after passing of the demolition order dated 13.11.2023 by the GCZMA, it has to wait for the period of appeal to expire and that if no appeal is filed against the same, the authority shall execute the order within 15 days.

In view of above, we find that nothing remains to be decided in the present execution application, hence we dispose of this application accordingly.
