This Original Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking implementation of the directions given by the Tribunal in earlier Original Application No.70/2016/EZ which was disposed of on 30.09.2020 and thereafter, an Execution Application No.03/2021/EZ had been filed by the State Respondents which was also disposed of by the Tribunal by its order dated 04.04.2022.

In our opinion, this O.A. this O.A. is not maintainable as a fresh Original Application cannot be filed seeking implementation of the directions given by the Tribunal in an earlier Original Application.

This Original Application is accordingly dismissed.
