Sarita Saxena) is no more and reported the death.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted to move an application with regard to deletion of her name from the application in accordance with law.

The required steps may be taken within a week.

The issue raised in the application is the correspondence issued by the District Collector, Bhopal vide dzekad&1735] Hkw&vfHk@2022 dated 15.09.2022 and the report submitted by the Competent Authority in compliance of the order of the District Collector.

In light of the report submitted by the authorities, the Collector is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
