Learned counsel for the respondent - State PCB Mr.

Rohit Sharma has submitted that aggrieved by the order and Civil Appeal has been field before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as Civil Appeal No.7607/2023 and the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide order dated 16.05.2025 passed the order as follows :- “ORDER We have perused the affidavit filed on behalf of the We petitioner/State in compliance with the order dated 7th April, 2025 as well as the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent. have also perused the report of the CSRI-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute (NEERI).

As regards the proposal for creation of two wetlands, we direct the 2 E.A.

State to implement the project of creating two wetlands under the supervision of the NEERI in terms of the report submitted by the NEERI.

It is pointed out that the food court has been completely demolished.

As regards removal of seven wonders structures, we have already granted time till 17th September, 2025.

We direct the petitioner/State to file a further affidavit as regards the progress made in the work in relation to the two wetlands which are referred above by the end of July 2025.

Since the matter is pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court thus, filing an application of execution is being premature.

The Execution Application stands disposed of and matter shall be taken up/decided/implemented in accordance with the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Applicant is at liberty to file afresh execution application after the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
