ORDER 1.
The grievance of the applicant Shri Narayan Singh resident of village Himmatpura, Tehisil-Atera, District-Bhind M.P. is illegal cutting of green trees from the public land near river Chambal and selling of the trees for commercial purposes and levelling of the public land on the bank of the river Chambal for their personal use.

The copy of the application be forwarded to the Collector, Bhind with direction to take appropriate action according to law and to ensure that there shall not be any cutting of the trees without permission of the competent authority.
Further, that the Collector has to ensure that there shall not be any encroachment on the public land or the land on the bank of the river Chambal being part of the flood zone.

A copy of the order be forwarded to Collector, Bhind and State Pollution Control Board, M.P. for taking appropriate action.
