ORDER 1.

This application has been moved by Shivalik Kalindi Midtown Rakh Rakhao Grih Nirman Shehkari Samiti Maryadit, Indore, a registered society having 257 residential unit houses.

The grievance of the applicant is that there was an agricultural piece of land owned by one Kundiwall family which was sold to a builder who is making the residential unit and in that activities there was a very old well with depth of about 70 ft. and diameter of about 20 ft. and the builder is throwing the waste of construction and the cutting of the trees and throwing it into the well and dumping the waste causing adverse affect on quality of water problem.

The copy of the application is forwarded to District Magistrate, Indore to see the matter and to redress the grievances in accordance with law, considering the ownership of the land and violation of rules, if any.

In case of any violation of environmental rules, the District Magistrate/State Pollution Control Board, M.P. is directed to take necessary action.
