This letter petition has been filed by one Rajesh of 148 Housing Board Karond Bhopal with the facts that from Bhopal Talkies to Karond Road, previously there were trees but they were damaged by cutting it by the builders and the land was sold.
No details has been given by the persons, who has encroached the land and what is the details of the land specifically identifying the land.

Thus, no further action is required to be taken by this Tribunal.
However, the applicant is at liberty to file an application with the details of encroachments and details of violators of law.
