This review petition is directed against the order dated 15.01.2021 passed in OA No.

189/2019 against which the Civil Appeal Diary No.

29734/2023 was preferred by the applicant wherein liberty was granted to the applicant to move to the Tribunal so that his submissions can be considered.

Since members of the Bench which had passed the original order are not available therefor special bench has been formed to hear this review petition.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has informed that the environmental compensation of Rs.

9 lakhs has already been deposited by the review applicant 6.

Despite the repeated opportunities, the applicant has not argued the review application and today also no one is present to press this review application.

Hence, the review application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
