This original application is registered on the basis of the letter petition sent by the applicant - Mohan Goel dated 18.09.2023.

The grievance of the applicant is against one farm house (RG's House) situated at Khasra No.

150/1, Budhpur, Bijapur, Alipur (Narela Zone), Delhi 110036.

The allegation is that the farm houses is being illegally used for the marriage purposes and there is no fire safety system and the tin shed has been constructed without approval and the programmes are being held on the Government land.

Further allegation is that the map has not been got sanctioned for the farm house and the agricultural land is being used for the commercial purposes.

The applicant has also raised the issue of haphazard parking.

The letter petition does not raise any substantial issue relating to the environment.

Hence, we are of the opinion that it would not be appropriate to entertain such a petition.

The applicant has other remedies in respect of the grievance raised in the letter petition which he can avail in accordance with law.

The OA is accordingly dismissed.
