144 of 2017 was filed on the issue of prevention of discharge of untreated sewer water from Prahlad Garhi village into storm water drain of Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam and preventing dumping of MSW and other waste into said storm water drain in Sector 16,17,18 and 19 at Vasundra, Ghaziabad.
In the OA the main order was passed on 03.08.2018 and present Execution Application has been filed for execution of this order.

Present application has been filed seeking execution of the earlier order.
In this execution application Tribunal had taken on record the report about the remedial measures adopted by the Commissioner and had directed the CPCB to verify the statement that no sewage and other wastes are flowing in the storm water drains in question and file a compliance -2- report with the Registrar General of this Tribunal.
With further direction, if necessary, the matter the Bench for further directions.
The application was accordingly, disposed of.

This M.A. is registered on the basis of the compliance report dated 12.06.2023 filed in pursuance to the earlier direction.
The report reflects partial compliance by Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam.
The applicant present in person has also informed that the work is in progress in the area concerned.
Hence, we are of the view that the work which is under progress in pursuance to the directions of the Tribunal should be completed by the concerned authority expeditiously. ditiously.
On completion of the work if the applicant finds any surviving grievance in respect of non-compliance of the direction of the Tribunal then he will be at liberty to file an appropriate application in this matter.
