No.48/2023/EZ has been filed with the copy of the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa at Cuttack dated 22.08.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.14610 of 2019 (Tapan Kumar Pal Vs.

State of Odisha & Ors.), whereby the Hon’ble High Court has directed that as an interim measure, there shall be no coercive action against the Petitioner, Tapan Kumar Pal, the Respondent No.15 in the present Original Application.

In this view of the matter, we adjourn the present case since the matter is already pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa.

The parties shall intimate the outcome of the Writ Petition pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa.
