From the side of execution applicant, applicant has appeared in- person before us, who submits that Hon’ble Supreme Court has passed order dated 21.03.2025 in Civil Appeal Nos.1215 of 2025 and 2771 of 2025 in the matter of M/s.

Vs.

Tanaji B.

Gambhire & Ors. to the following effect:- Page 2 of 2 “With the consent of the parties, the appeals are taken up for hearing.

There is nothing placed on record to show that the National Green Tribunal granted an opportunity to the appellant to raise an objection to the report of the Joint Committee.

The impugned judgment is based on the report of the Joint Committee.

Only on this ground, we set aside the impugned judgment dated 4th May, 2022 and restore Appeal Nos.32 and 34 of 2020 to the file of the National Green Tribunal.

Tribunal.

Within six weeks from today, it will be open for the appellant to raise an objection to the Joint Committee report including an objection that a fresh exercise needs to be done by appointing a Joint Committee.

The National Green Tribunal will hear the parties and decide the appeals in accordance with law.

All contentions on merits are left open.

The amounts deposited by the appellant in both the appeals shall remain invested in fixed deposit till the disposal of the restored appeals.

The appeals are accordingly partly allowed.” 3.

Since by the above cited order, Hon'ble Supreme Court has set aside the impugned Judgment dated 4th May, 2022 passed in Appeal Nos.32 and 34 of 2020 and remanded the same to this Tribunal for deciding afresh, we dispose of present Execution Applications accordingly.
