The applicants have filed the Original Application under Sections 14 and 15 of the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 inter-alia seeking issuance of directions to respondents no.
1 to 7 to ensure that no constructions are carried out in Khasra No.
4603, Village Sadri, tehsil Desuri, District Pali, Rajasthan situated within Eco Sensitive Zone (ESZ) of Kumbhalgar Wild Life Sanctuary (KWLS), District Pali, Rajasthan having area of 610.528 sq.km carved out of Udaipur, Rajasmand and Pali District in the State of Rajasthan.

Vide interim order dated 19.05.2023, respondents no.
8 and 9 were restrained from raising any further construction on the land in question.

Respondents no.
8 and 9 have filed I.A. no.
691 of 2023 for vacation of interim injunction order but none has appeared for them today.

Since the land in question falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Central Zone Bench, Bhopal, it will be appropriate that the O.A. and the I.A. are transferred for hearing before the above said Bench.

In view of the urgency involved it will also be appropriate that the O.A. and I.A. are listed for further consideration before the Central Zone Bench, Bhopal on 14.09.2023.
