This Execution Application has been filed seeking execution of order of the Tribunal dated 04.01.2019 passed in OA No.

228/2017.

The O.A.

228/2017 was filed with the compliant that respondent nos.

8 to 11 therein were operating the units by installing big machines and big bhatti in the residential area and causing pollution.

The Tribunal had directed the closure of those units with the further observation that if the units have applied for clearance from DPCC, the same may be reopened, as and when, the requisite clearance given by the Committee.

In the present Execution Application, not only the grievance of the petitioner is in respect of different persons who were not the respondents in the O.A. but in respect of the activities which are different.

Counsel for 2 the petitioner has, even otherwise, failed to point out that the activity being carried out by the present respondents, is causing any pollution.

Hence, at this stage, we do not find any surviving issue for execution.

The Execution Application is accordingly dismissed.
