By means of this application, the applicant has challenged the notice dated 03.08.2023 passed by Assistant Engineering (I), Lower Division, Agra Canal, Agra restraining the applicant from raising any construction in the flood area of river Yamuna.
The only contention of the applicant is that against the notice issued by Respondent, the applicant has moved a representation with the facts with regard to ownership of the land but the same had not been disposed of till date.

In view of above contention, since the matter is pending before the Respondents, thus, the respondents are directed to dispose of the application after giving an opportunity of hearing to the applicant within a reasonable time say within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
