Virpal, Applicant in Person ORDER 1.
The grievance of the applicant is operation of the dairy farm in Kosi Kalan, Tehsil Chhata, District Mathura in violation of Environmental Rules, creating noise pollution and hazardously effecting the health of the resident.
The contention of the applicant in person is that due to operation of some machines, there is noise pollution and thus, the authorities should be directed to take necessary action in accordance with Rules.

In view of the facts as contended by the applicant and narrated in the application, we direct that the copy of the application be sent to the State PCB with the direction to monitor the parameters of noise pollution and if there is any violation, necessary action must be initiated in accordance with law.

With these observations, Original Application stands disposed of.
