There is a delay of three days in filing the appeal and I.A.
No.
652/2023 has been filed seeking condonation of delay.
It has been pointed out by the Counsel for the Appellant that delay of three days falls within the condonable period of 60 days.
The explanation for the delay has been furnished in paragraph no.
3 of the IA.
After haring Counsel for the Applicant and considering the plea taken in the application, we are of the view that sufficient cause exists for not filing the appeal within time and three days delay has been properly explained which is otherwise also a marginal delay.

Hence, in the circumstance of the case, we allow I.A.
652/2023 and condone the delay in filing the Appeal.

The Counsel for SEIAA, Haryana is directed to produce the original record leading to passing of the order under challenge in this Appeal.
