The grievance of the applicant is noise pollution caused by three industries i.e. (1) P.C.
Tools (2) Peeran Pupri Forgings (3) Heer Brothers Industry in Saipur, Jalandhar, Punjab causing health hazards and adversely affecting the environment.

Copy of this application be forwarded to the Regional Officer, Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) to examine the matter and for taking proper necessary action.
In case of noise pollution, necessary remedial measures must be initiated, in addition to assessment and realization of environmental compensation, accordance to the rules.

The application stands disposed of.
