Case called for hearing on admission on 02.09.2025. Counsel Sri. B.S. Badrinath for Navayana Law Offices present for petitioner, made submissions for payment of LPS dues for certain periods in question due to delay in payment of bills as per clause 12.4 of PPA. Further submits that the Respondent denied the payment of LPS through letters dated 27.09.2024 & 21.01.2025 despite request for the same is made through letter dated 02.07.2024 & 06.12.2024 respectively and relied on the Hon’ble ATE judgement dated 02.11.2020 for provision of LPS claims and prays to admit the petition. Commission heard the counsel, noted the contents, perused the petition averments and sought to know from the petitioner whether the bills is raised for claiming the LPS on time as per norms. Petitioner counsel prays time to seek instructions from their client in this regard. However, the Commission directed the registry to issue notice to the Respondents pending admission of the petition on maintainability on the limitation. Call on 14.10.2025.
