Case called for hearing on 24.02.2026. Sri. B.K. Raghavendra, Company Secretary present on behalf of M/s. Vikat Alloys Private Limited, submits that they are the owners of the said property and purchased the plant from M/s. Vijaya Steels Limited on 15.12.2017 through sale deed. Now, the plant has been leased out to M. S. Steels Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Vijaya Steels were operating the Company as a registered consumer of BESCOM and consumed the energy for the period in question who are solely responsible for compliance of RPO target and they have nothing to do with the compliance of RPO relating to FY 2017-18 duly filing relevant records for the same. Further submitted that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) is also initiated upon M/s. Vijaya Steels Limited through an order of the Hon’ble NCLT dated 09.12.20221 duly filing orders in this regard. Commission heard the representative, perused the records and adjourned the case for examining the issue. Registry to take steps in this regard.
