  Case called for hearing on IA for urgent listing on 03.06.2025. Petitioner counsel Ms. Stephania Pinto for Precinct Legal present and made submission that application for amendment is filed and the same was allowed by the Commission on 15.04.2025 The registry had objected to carry out the amendment in the main petition since the court proceedings dated 15.04.2025 has been showing that the amendment is allowed for deletion of prayer ‘b’ and not for substitution of prayer as mentioned in the amendment application. Commission heard the petitioner counsel on the amendment application and the perused previous order of this Commission and allowed the application as prayed. Further, directed the petitioner counsel to carry out the amendment in the petition and to file amended petition with in two weeks. The registry is directed to take necessary steps to hold public hearing after due compliance by the petitioner.
