- 22APR 2025Case called for hearing on the receipt of report of POSOCO (Grid Controller of India Limited) on 22.04.2025. Counsel Ms. Arushi present for petitioner on behalf of Sri. Adithya Narayana, submits that reply to Grid Report is filed in the registry on 21.04.2025 and prays to take the same on record and prays for time to hear on the report and further submitted to adopt the reply filed in OP 27/2021, OP No. 28/2021 and OP 29/2021. Counsel for Respondent No. R-1 & R-4 Sri. Shahbaaz Husain for Precinct Legal present, submits that Respondents have filed objections to the Report of POSOCO in the registry on 04.04.2025 and prays to take the same on record. Respondent counsel made detailed submissions on the technical issues of the report of POSOCO and further submits that said report is unscientific and as such not correct to accept the said report in support of the claim made by the petitioner. The Commission has noticed that the report submitted by POSOCO, involves lot of technical issues. So, assistance of technical personal is necessary to understand the said report correctly and to arrive at a right conclusion, to relay on the said report to decide the dispute between the parties. Hence, directed the registry to send intimation to the Technical Personnel of the RLDC to appear before the Commission to explain and demonstrate the technical issues on the subject in question. Commission heard both the counsels and granted time to petitioner for hearing. Call on 24.06.2025.
