Counsel for Respondent Ms. Stephania Pinto present and seeks one-week time to file comments/reply on the generation loss filed by the petitioner through affidavit. Commission heard the counsels and directed the Respondent advocate to file objections. Advocate for both parties have agreed to send related documents to get the expert opinion from Grid controller of India on generation loss of energy as mentioned in the affidavit dated 26.02.2024 filed by the petitioner advocate in terms of Commission’s order dated 28.12.2023, hence, the matter is referred to Grid controller of India (earlier known as POSOCO) for the report on generation loss.
