Ltd., present. Counsel for Respondent Sri. Shahbaaz Husain for Precinct Legal along with party-in-person Sri. Ramesh Pawar and S.G. Ramchandra, technical wing of GESCOM present. Both counsels and party-in-personnel made oral submissions on the technical aspects of the installation, agreed to sort out the issue at their end duly following Article 5.3 & 5.4 of PPA, installation of meter for rice mill and respondent counsel agreed to settle the claims if any, duly obtaining interruption data from the petitioner. Both counsels pray to dispose the case accordingly. Commission heard the submissions of counsels and party-in-personnel and disposed the present case in terms of the oral submissions made by them vide separate order.
