Case is called for hearing on 26.07.2023. Counsel for petitioner Sri. Neelakandan Rahane for HSA Advocates present, made oral submissions for payments received from the respondent, prays for payment of carrying cost and compliance affidavit. Counsel for Respondent Ms. Stephania Pinto for Precinct Legal present, filed compliance affidavit dated 26.07.2023 with a copy to petitioner for having complied the orders of the Commission dated 12.04.2022 in OP No. 41/2020. Respondent counsel further submits that in respect of carrying cost, prays to seek instructions from the client and to file relevant citations for denying the payment of carrying cost. Commission heard both the counsels and directed the Respondent counsel to pay the carrying cost in terms of Commission order dated 12.04.2022 (from the date of CoD to the date of payment) with liberty to recover the same in the event of any orders of Hon’ble higher courts on carrying cost and disposed the present complaint accordingly.
