Counsel for petitioner Ms. Stephania Pinto for Precinct Legal present, made submissions for review of the order dated 13.08.2024 in OP No. 01/2024 in view of inadvertent error in the said order in granting 85% of the generic tariff instead of 75% during the subsistence of WBA as per norms and prays to admit the review petition.
