Manmohan appeared for petitioner, made submissions to set aside the communication letter of HESCOM dated 25.09.2024 and to refund certain amount inadvertently deducted on the plea that their PV panels at the subject project site are of the “Fixed Axis without Tracking”. Counsel further submits that the type of arrangement of their PV panels is “Fixed Axis with Tracking” as reported by the Executive Engineer, Elecl., O&M Division, Ghataprabha in their letter dated 01.01.2025, issued filed the same before the Commission and prays to admit the petition. Commission heard the counsel, noted the submissions, perused the letter dated 01.01.2025 issued by respondent GESCOM wherein it is clearly mentioned that the subject project is “Fixed Axis with Tracking” and hence directed the petitioner to resolve the issue before HESCOM. Counsel prays to adjourn the case till the outcome of the settlement. Commission granted time. Call on 18.03.2025 for compliance.
