THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BANDARU SYAMSUNDER TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.175/2023 O R D E R: The learned counsel Mr.S.Vijay Kumar, represented on behalf of the Mr.A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that F.C.O.P.No.76 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court -cum- V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati, was dismissed as not pressed.

A perusal of the e-Court’s website pertaining to F.C.O.P.No.76 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court -cum- V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati, which shows that the respondent/husband filed memo not pressing the petition, due to that the petition was dismissed as not pressed.

Therefore, no lis survives to adjudicate in the present petition.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No order as to costs.
