SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6023 of 2023 ORDER: Accused No.3 in Crime No.91 of 2023 of Chirala II Town Police Station, Bapatla District, filed the present criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge him on bail.
The above Crime was registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/A.3 vide Crl.P.No.3828 of 2023, was dismissed by this Court on 22.06.2023.

As seen from the material available on record, there are no changed circumstances from the date of dismissal of the earlier bail application till date and as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.3.
