HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION.NO.6028 OF 2023 ORDER:- Accused No.7 in Crime No.43 of 2023 on the file of Naidupeta Police Station, Nellore District filed the present application under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking his release on anticipatory bail.

The above Crime was registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section 20 (b) (ii) (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘the NDPS Act’).

As seen from material available on record, earlier bail application filed by the petitioner before this Court, vide Crl.P.No.3943 of 2023 was dismissed by an order dated 27.06.2023.

In the considered opinion of this Court, there are no changed circumstance from the date of dismissal of the earlier bail application till today.
