SESHA SAI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1631 OF 2023 ORDER: Heard Sri K.B.Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms.Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned counsel for the respondent.

Non-disposal of I.A.No.388 of 2022 in O.S.No.192 of 2019 is the grievance of the petitioner, who is defendant in the said suit.

Respondent herein instituted the said suit for recovery of amount on the foot of a promissory note.

Defendant - Petitioner herein filed the present I.A.No.388 of 2022 on 01.05.2022 under the provisions of Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, with a prayer to forward the suit promissory note to an expert to find out the age of the ink, relating to the signature on the revenue stamp, so also, the remaining part of the body of the promissory note.

As mentioned supra, the only grievance of the petitioner is that, despite lapse of considerable length of time, no orders have been passed on the said application.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the 2 respondent -plaintiff also has filed a counter, resisting the application.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and taking into consideration the nature of controversy, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Revision with a request to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, to pass appropriate orders on I.A.No.388 of 2022 in O.S.No.192 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
