THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.
15342 of 2023 O R D E R: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to direct the respondents to release and pay the total bills amount of Rs.4,98,000/- with interest under grant of PMKSY forthwith to the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2787 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023.

Learned Government Pleader did not oppose the said submission.
