THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI WRIT PETITION No.12041 of 2023 ORDER: When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning, on written instructions dated 01.08.2023, submitted that, the Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Housing Corporation has paid the eligible amount of Rs.1,94,904/- to the petitioner vide cheque No.114113, dated 31.07.2023.

In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, the petitioner has received the said amount.

In view of the above, as there is nothing remains for adjudication, this Court is inclined to close the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
