Petitioner Versus The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat Buildings, Velagapudi, Guntur District, and 4 others ....Respondents ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, his representation dated 02.04.2023 processed by the Form-6A application dated 24.02.2023 has not been disposed of by the 4th respondent for mutation of his name in the revenue records for the subject land in Survey No.22/1 in an extent of 2 Acres 1.17 cents and in Survey No.72/1 in an extent of Acres 1.20 cents in total Acres 2.37 cents situated at Vutakuru Revenue Village, Gampalagudem Mandal, NTR District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner’s mother was given pattadar passbook vide Katha No.2193 for the subject land in an extent of Acres 1.17 cents in Survey No.22/1 and Acres 1.20 cents in Survey No.72/1 for the said village.

After her demise, the petitioner submitted the Form-6A application to the 4th respondent seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed for the subject land.

But the same was not acted upon.

Then, the petitioner also gave representation dated 02.04.2023 to the 4th respondent.

But the same is not considered so far.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that, the 4th respondent will act upon the petitioner’s representation dated 02.04.2023 by following the due procedure.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the 3 Form-6A application of the petitioner submitted already and the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2023 strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order.

Upon hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner and upon verification of the records and the subject land, the appropriate decision shall be taken on the representation of the petitioner on it’s own merits.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
