THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION No.11503 of 2023 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following reliefs: “...to issue order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the salary to the petitioner from 20.03.2020 to 31.03.2023 though he is discharging his regular duties as MPHA on contract basis as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and violation of Articles 14, 16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release the salary to the petitioner from 20.03.2020 to 31.03.2023 by duly taking into consideration of his representations and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” (in verbatim) 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health, appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 19.03.2021 submitted to the 3rd and 4th respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner’s representation dated 19.03.2021 will be considered by the 3rd 2 and 4th respondents, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

Having regard to the submissions made by both the learned counsels, and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 19.03.2021 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
There shall be no order as to costs. to costs.
