SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.3290 of 2023 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/A-3, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.38 of 2023 of Chinaganjam Police Station, Bapatla district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 477-A, 420, 120b IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the de facto complainant is working as Manager at Crystal Honda, Chinnaganjam since two years and A1 is working as Agent.

It is alleged that, on 13.04.2023, when the accounts of Chinaganjam showroom were verified, it is found that six motor cycles were found missing from the showroom and no amount was credited to the account of the showroom.

It is further alleged that on enquiry about the vehicles with A1, he disclosed that he along with A2 to A4 sold the motor cycles to customers by forging the records for illegal gain.

Perused the material on record.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is at nascent stage and some more witnesses are to be examined.

In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. ________________________ K.
