THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA WRIT PETITION NO.10675 OF 2023 ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the respondent authorities have completed 6-A proceedings.
In view of completion of 6-A proceedings, the 100% value of the seized stock was confiscated to the State vide proceedings dated 17.06.2023.
Hence, no cause survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents does not refute the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is closed as infructuous.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 17.06.2023 by way of filing a fresh writ petition.
There shall be no order as to costs.
